The team at jD LAW, P.C.,  is proud to share that staff attorney Lisbette Jacqueline Baltazar took part in Fallbrook STEM Academy Career Day!

Fallbrook STEM Academy is the first school in California to become a partner with Discovery Education’s STEM formation initiative, which provides groundbreaking K-12 education and professional development nationwide. Fallbrook STEM Academy focuses on energizing learning and teaching through science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM), along with art. With the school serving a predominantly minority student body, and with many students being first-generation Americans, Fallbrook is an important pillar of the San Diego community. We are proud to have been invited to represent the legal field at their career day.

Lisbette presented for half a day to the student body of Fallbrook. She discussed the process by which a person becomes an attorney, and the type of work we do here at jD LAW, P.C. She talked about her personal path of education and training, explained to the students what it is a criminal defense lawyer does, the responsibilities that come along with it, and even presented the students with a mock battery trial between Micky and Goofy.
