Announcing the Finalists for the jD LAW, P.C. Against the Current Scholarship

Standing up for what you believe in every day is a challenge our team at jD LAW, P.C. know firsthand. We often take on difficult cases that few other attorneys would accept in order to give our clients the best defense possible. We respect any individual who takes a strong stance, even when others doubt them, which is why we launched the Against the Current Scholarship.
We wanted to award San Diego County high school seniors and college students who have faced adversity in their journeys and continued moving forward. Now, we are honored to announce the finalists of the 2021 Against the Current Scholarship, two of which will receive a $500 scholarship each to the school of their dreams.
Without further ado, here are the 2021 Against the Current finalists:
- Caitlien L. – Chula Vista, CA
- Maëlys C. – Oceanside, CA
- Ana C. – Vista, CA
- Hailey B. – San Diego, CA
- Holland T. – Encinitas, CA
Congratulations to each of our finalists and thank you to everyone who applied. This year was very competitive, and we went through numerous debates to select our finalists from the approximately 150 applicants. But each of our finalists truly stood out, and we cannot wait to announce which ones will receive the Against the Current Scholarship.
We will announce the two winners on June 2, 2021, so make sure to keep your eyes on our Facebook and blog for further announcements. To those who were not selected, we encourage you to continue fighting for your dreams and to apply next year.
